One Reward Credit is earned for every night stayed at Ventura Inn & Suites Hamilton, except for nights when the Free Night Certificate is used.
For every 10 Reward Credits you earn, you will be sent a Free Night Certificate. Certificates are processed fortnightly, so please allow up to two weeks to receive your certificate.
To earn Reward Credits you must present your Ventura Rewards card at check-in. If you forget your card you may still receive a Reward Credit if you write your membership number on a copy of your check-out invoice/receipt and mail it within 60 days of your stay to: Ventura Rewards, PO Box 7070, Hamilton, or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
When joining the programme you’ll receive one bonus Reward Credit. You cannot earn credits for nights stayed prior to you application.
Reward Credits are only awarded to the individual named on the card, and only for the room that member stayed in.
Reward Credits cannot be earned when reservations are made through a 3rd party booking site e.g. Wotif.com.
Each Free Night Certificate entitles you to one night’s accommodation in a standard studio room at Ventura Inn & Suites Hamilton. You may upgrade your room by paying the difference in the room rate. The certificates does not cover additional expenses such as telephone calls, and has no cash value.
Free nights are subject to availability and reservations are required. Call 0800 2 VENTURA (0800 283 688) to make your reservation and mention your Free Night Certificate. Write your reservation number on your certificate and present it at check-in.
Each certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is transferable to immediate family members 18 years and older.
The acceptance of Free Night Certificates is restricted during blackout periods and local special events. Please enquire about availability at the time of your reservation.
Membership is open to actual persons 18 years and older. Companies and other entities may not be members.
Ventura Inn & Suites reserves the right to cancel the Rewards membership of any member who has not earned credits within an 18 month period. In the case of fraud, misconduct, or abuse, individual membership will be terminated.
Ventura Inn & Suites will treat your personal information confidentially. It is each member’s responsibility to inform Ventura Inn & Suites of any change in his/her contact details. To update your details log into Ventura Rewards at www.venturarewards.co.nz.
Ventura Inn & Suites reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Ventura Rewards programme and acceptance policies without notice. In the case of termination, Free Night Certificates will be honored up to their expiry date.
