Shuttle Information:
We operate a 24-hour
shuttle service to and from the Airport terminals.
Shuttle services run on the half-hour (as required) and bookings are
essential.
Transfers TO the
Airport:
Bookings are essential and
can be made when you check-in to the hotel. Our team will endeavour to
get you to the airport as quickly as possible, but we cannot accept
liability for missed flights. Auckland Airport recommends a minimum of
3 hours check-in for international flights and 45 mins for domestic
flights.
Transfers FROM the
Airport:
Please call us to book the
next available pick-up - shuttles run on the half hour (as
required). You can use either the Freephone at the i-site visitor
centre (dial 31), or call us on
0800 235 528.
Please ensure you are waiting in the correct area:
Please note we are unable
to transport large items such as surfboards and bicycles.
We are unable to meet your
flight due to airport processing delays and flight schedule changes.
You must contact us for a shuttle pick-up after you have exited into
the arrivals area.

Provision of parking is
at the discretion of BVA Investments Ltd trading as Bella Vista
Express Hotel Auckland Airport ("the hotel").

All Vehicles are parked
at the owners risk and the hotel accepts no liability for losses or
damage to the vehicle or its contents.

The hotel does not
accept liability for missed flights and any subsequent costs
incurred.

Payment for parking
beyond 14 days is required in advance, and is charged at $5 per day.
Where duration of the car parking exceeds the time paid, the
difference must be paid prior to leaving car park.

reserved prior to arrival.
