From 1 November 2011 Ventura Inn & Suites Rotorua has become Quality Inn On Fenton, joining the Choice Hotels accommodation network that offers 33 properties in New Zealand and over 5,000 worldwide.

With the rebranding we will be offering some exciting new changes including:

I have made a booking with Ventura Inn & Suites Rotorua, so how will this change affect my stay?

Once the hotel becomes Quality Inn on Fenton, you will notice the new Quality Inn branding in and around the hotel. There will be no change to your booking or quoted room rate, however the continental buffet breakfast will no longer be complimentary.

Can I still book with Ventura Inn & Suites Rotorua?

Yes, you can still book using the existing methods including the Ventura website and freephone number. From 1 November you will also be able to book via the Choice Hotels website: www.choicehotels.co.nz and freephone number 0800 NZ CHOICE (692 464).

What changes are being made?

Apart from new branding in and around the hotel, there are no changes to the current ownership, management, staffing and operation of the hotel business.

The complimentary continental breakfast will no longer be offered, however guests can enjoy a continental or cooked breakfast at a great-value price.

Ventura Rewards members will still be able to earn Rewards Credits and redeem Free Night Certificates or alternatively choose from one of the other rewards programmes available including Fly Buys, Choice Privileges, Airpoints, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Velocity Rewards.

With the upgrade of our breakfast service we no longer have a conference room at this hotel, however we can provide meeting space for small groups in our suites. Please enquire.
